WHAT A GREAT VENDOR PROFILE LOOKS LIKE
Customers decide who to work with quickly. Strong vendor profiles include three key things:

Profiles with portfolios and clear descriptions receive more bids and direct requests.
PORTFOLIO
Canva
All vendors must use a Canva portfolio to showcase their work.
- Create a Canva Presentation, Lookbook, or Website
- Add 5–15 images of your work
- Share as “Anyone with the link – View”
- Copy the link
Instagram, Etsy, Google Drive folders, and personal websites are not accepted.
Add Your Portfolio to Your Profile
- Log in to CanYouCreate
- Go to Account → Settings
- Paste your Canva portfolio link
- Click Update
- Open Requests – Customers post projects, vendors submit bids
- Directed Requests – Customers invite specific vendors
- Listings – Customers purchase ready-made services
Payments are held securely until the work is completed, then released to the vendor.

Strong bids are clear, confident, and concise. They include:
“Hi! I specialize in custom laser-engraved wood products and typography.
I can complete this project within 5–7 business days.

Listings are ready-to-buy services customers can purchase without posting a request. They include:
COSTS, COMMISSIONS & GETTING PAID
We believe in transparency.
- Vendor access: FREE
- Platform commission: 6% per completed transaction.
- Stripe Processing Fee 2.9% + $0.30 for payments
- No fees for browsing or bidding.
- Listing fees vary per package.
- To receive payments, creators must connect a Stripe account during onboarding.
- Stripe is used to:
- Process customer payments securely
- Verify identity for payouts
- Deposit earnings directly into your bank account
- What Stripe Does:
- Bank deposits typically arrive in 2–7 business days after requesting payout.
- Your financial info is never shared with customers or the platform
